Terrace Outdoor Design reimagined this outdoor space with a complete transformation of the pool, spa, and patio area. The pool was remodeled with a new deck featuring bubblers, while the spa was updated with fresh ledgestone and Lueders limestone coping for a cohesive and modern look. Ivory travertine pavers were installed to tie the space together with a clean and timeless finish.

For the patio cover, we removed the existing unusable pergola and replaced a structural post with a load-bearing beam to open up the space. The flat ceiling was vaulted, and the patio cover was extended to provide additional functionality. The new ceiling was finished with slip-resistant tile for safety and durability. Bromic heaters were installed, along with motorized shades, ensuring the space is comfortable and usable year-round.

A sleek, modern outdoor kitchen was added, making the patio ideal for entertaining or daily use. This comprehensive remodel seamlessly blends style and function, creating a backyard that meets the needs of the homeowners in every season.
