This Northhaven project in Dallas was designed to seamlessly extend the home’s modern architecture into a cohesive, high-end outdoor living space.

We installed Tundra Grey porcelain pavers by FaberCNK, delivering a clean, durable foundation ideal for outdoor patios in the Texas climate. A custom board and batten feature wall was built to match the home’s exterior, adding depth and architectural consistency, while a light oak tongue-and-groove ceiling brings warmth to the modern design.

The outdoor kitchen features premium Station Grill cabinetry—fully outdoor-rated and designed for maximum functionality—paired with a Fire Magic Echelon Black Edition grill and integrated sink for a top-tier cooking experience.

To complete the space, a custom powder-coated steel column was installed to match the home’s black trim, reinforcing the clean, modern aesthetic.
