Terrace Outdoor Design reimagined this backyard to create a more functional and inviting space. The project included extending the pool decking to a stepped-down area of the yard, where we constructed a freestanding patio cover with a stone fireplace. To enhance comfort, we installed a motorized shade on one side of the patio cover to block the sun, making the space enjoyable throughout the day.

The existing patio cover was remodeled with a matching tongue-and-groove ceiling, blending it seamlessly with the new structure. The trim on the entire house was also repainted to refresh the overall look.

The extended pool decking was finished with travertine pavers for durability and a cohesive appearance. To improve usability, we removed all vegetation in the backyard and replaced it with artificial turf, creating a low-maintenance, functional space for relaxation and entertainment.
