Terrace Outdoor Design elevated this Highland Village backyard with a state-of-the-art Renson louvered pergola and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. The pergola features motorized louvers operated via a Somfy remote, allowing for easy adjustment to control sunlight and ventilation. When closed, the louvers create a completely rain-tight and waterproof surface, complemented by an integrated drainage system that efficiently manages water runoff.

The pergola design includes two integrated LED lights within the louvers for evening use and a fixed blade section to support a ceiling fan, adding comfort to the space. For privacy and sun protection, a motorized shade was installed, making the outdoor area versatile and functional.

To complete the space, we added a small outdoor kitchen equipped with a grill, refrigerator, and LeGriddle, creating the perfect setup for outdoor cooking and entertaining. This Twin Coves project is a showcase of modern design, advanced technology, and functional amenities, providing a stylish and weatherproof retreat for year-round enjoyment.
